The terms on which we provide our services and accept bookings.
Last updated: 14 June 2026
These terms and conditions apply to all services provided by Surrey Tyres & MOT Centre, Unit 1A, Normandy Business Park, Cobbett Hill Road, Normandy, Guildford, GU3 2AA ("we", "us", "our"). By booking an appointment or asking us to carry out work, you agree to these terms. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
We provide MOT testing, tyre supply and fitting, vehicle servicing, TPMS repairs, wheel tracking and puncture repairs. Some work depends on the condition of your vehicle and the availability of parts or tyres.
Our online booking system reserves a slot in our calendar; no payment is taken at the time of booking. We will do our best to keep to your appointment time, but timings may change due to circumstances beyond our control. If you need to cancel or rearrange, please contact us as early as possible on 01483 346 646 so we can offer the slot to another customer.
Prices quoted are estimates based on the information available at the time. If additional work or parts are needed once we inspect your vehicle, we will explain this and obtain your authorisation before proceeding. The advertised £45 MOT price applies to a standard Class 4 MOT test and does not include the cost of any repairs.
MOT tests are carried out in accordance with DVSA standards. An MOT confirms that, at the time of the test, your vehicle met the minimum legal requirements. We cannot guarantee a pass, and any advisory items are provided for your information. MOT test results are recorded on the DVSA database.
Payment is due in full on completion of the work, unless we have agreed otherwise in writing. We accept the payment methods displayed at the garage. Vehicles and parts remain our property until payment has been received in full.
You agree to provide accurate vehicle and contact details, to let us know of any known faults, and to remove valuables and personal items before leaving your vehicle with us. Please collect your vehicle promptly once we notify you that the work is complete.
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, we will carry out our services with reasonable care and skill, and any goods we supply (such as tyres and parts) will be of satisfactory quality, as described and fit for purpose. We do not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be excluded by law. Subject to that, we are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable or that arise from circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Vehicles are left with us at the owner's risk except where loss or damage is caused by our negligence. Where a vehicle is not collected within a reasonable period after we have notified you that work is complete, we may charge a reasonable storage fee.
We aim to provide a high standard of service. If something is not right, please contact us on 01483 346 646 or at info@surreytyres.co.uk and we will do our best to put it right.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the courts of England and Wales.
